Because customer satisfaction is our top priority, we make sure to inspect every item before it is packaged and shipped. In the event where an item has to be returned for a refund or exchange, notify us within 72 hours after package has been confirmed delivered by carrier with a picture of the defect.
Our only form of refund is STORE CREDIT.
In order for an item to be considered for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met.
- Return / Exchange request MUST be initiated with 72 hours after item has been marked delivered by the carrier.
-Attach pictures of defect.
-All tags, labels, stickers on item MUST be in tact as at when received.
-There MUST be no stains, or smell on the item.
-Item MUST not have been washed.
-There MUST be no signs of rips, tears, or cuts on the item.
-Item MUST ship out to us within 7 days after item was delivered to you.
All items will be thoroughly inspected before a store credit is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable
After return request has been approved;
-We will send you a return address via email.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. We will cover the cost of shipping out a new item in case of exchanges.
