Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders above $150

All orders a processed immediately we receive payment confirmation, and by so doing we can guarantee same day or next business day shipping thereafter. 

In rare cases where your order is not sent out in time due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified by email immediately. 

We ship with USPS, and they are expected to deliver within 2-5 business days ( US residents only). Bear in mind, these delivery times are estimates.

Once your order has shipped, the item is out of our hands, in the event of delays, misplacement or damage of item during shipment, please contact USPS at (1 800 275 8777) as we are no longer responsible for the package. 

 

Shipping Information 

Ensure correct shipping information at checkout. Big Stylz WILL NOT be responsible for items that are lost, delivered to the wrong address or returned due to incorrect delivery address on your part. If an item is returned to us, the customer will be charged the shipping fee to ship back the items to them.
